RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Regarding Returns: Within 5 days

• Dear friends, products that are truly from the Chaoshan area and have been blessed are usually not returned randomly. And after many years if they don’t need them anymore or want to exchange, they will return these items to the local temple or pass them on to others who need them, which is a karmic cycle in their view.
• We sincerely hope you get the best satisfaction. If do need to return an item, please ensure to send us an email requesting the return within 5 days of receiving the product. We will review the email and reply within 24 hours.
• All products are carefully inspected by quality control personnel before shipment. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt of the goods to arrange for a return or exchange.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and undamaged during transportation. And please ensure that any free gifts or promotional items are also returned along with the item. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return of your items.
• Customized products are not eligible for returns as they are difficult to resell.
• Return area: China (Details will be attached to the email)

Return Costs:

• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees and related taxes.
• If no one signs for the package after multiple attempts, or if the package is refused without reason, the package will be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and re-listing fee (total: 25% of the Purchase Price)
• Returns due to damage caused by our shipping will be paid by Chaoshanmystic team.

Regarding Refunds:

• Please send your return request email to Chaoshanmystic@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will promptly respond to your email and initiate the return process.
• You can expect to receive your refund via the original payment method within approximately 7 business days after we receive the returned items. (Any international duties and taxes are non-refundable.)
